Symposium Registration Policy

CANCELLATION:

Requests for cancellation must be received in writing (e-mail) no later than November 1st, 2017 and will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after November 1st, 2017. Refunds will not be issued for “no shows”.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS:

Delegate substitution is permitted up to and including the day of the Conference, with notifications to EAO identifying the new delegate(s).

 

RECEIPTS:

All receipts will be emailed to the person/credit card holder paying for the Registration/Sponsorship/Exhibitor for whom an email address is provided at the time of Registration.
