Elder Abuse Ontario is pleased to offer you/your organization, the opportunity to showcase your products and services at our November 22nd Symposium: From Fragmentation to Cohesion.

Throughout the day you will be able to engage with EAO’s growing community of stakeholders and service professionals/front-line caregivers, as well as learn about the advances in research, innovative best practices and impactful initiatives underway both internationally and in Canada.

Spaces are limited so please confirm your participation through a paid reservation no later than November 1, 2017.


  • Exhibitors may set up starting at 7:30 a.m.
  • Exhibitors should plan on bringing all materials the day of the event.
  • All exhibitors will be provided a 6ft linen covered table (approx. 4’ x 8’ space) and one (1) chair per booth.

The Exhibits will be open to delegates to meet exhibitors from 8:00 am – 4:00 p.m. on November 22, 2017, with the Opening Ceremonies scheduled to start at 8:15 a.m.

Exhibitors are asked to break down their displays and/or information tables at 4:30 pm, allowing delegates and presenters the opportunity to not only fully view your product, programs and services, access any handouts and information you may provide, but to network with other representatives and symposium participants. Hart House has requested that any surplus materials NOT be left behind.

To allow for sufficient time to prepare the Official Program and acknowledgement on all promotional materials for the Symposium, the information listed below must be received at EAO Head Office, by November 1, 2017

Elder Abuse Ontario will accept payment via Cheque or Money Order (payable to Elder Abuse Ontario) or by Credit Card / PayPal or by calling the Head Office. Registration is not considered final until full payment has been received.


Please note any requests for cancellations must be received in writing (email) no later than November 1, 2017 and will be refunded 50% of the applicable exhibitor fee. No refunds will be issued after November 1, 2017, nor will refunds be issued for ‘no shows’. All receipts for payments will be emailed to the person paying for the exhibit table/credit cardholder for whom email address is provided at the time of the application.

EAO uses photos from events in future marketing, publications and presentations. By attending the symposium, you acknowledge that you may be photographed and grant permission to EAO to use these images.
